Privacy Policy
Last updated: 22 April 2026
1. Introduction
We, Anoa Studio L.L.C-FZ ("Anoa Studio", "we", "us", or "our"), are a technology company that designs and develops mobile games. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over your data.
This Privacy Policy applies to our mobile games, websites, support channels, and any other online or offline services we provide (collectively, our "Services"). By downloading our apps, playing our games, or interacting with our Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
2. Data Controller
The data controller is Anoa Studio L.L.C-FZ, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates.
Registered address: Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E.
Contact: info@anoa.studio
3. Personal Data We Collect
We collect two broad categories of data: data you provide to us, and data collected automatically by our Services and our integrated third-party partners.
3.1 Data collected automatically
-
Device identifiers. Advertising IDs (GAID on Android, IDFA on iOS), Firebase Installation ID, Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) registration token, and an anonymous Firebase Authentication user ID that we create so your game progress can be synced across sessions and devices.
-
Device information. Device model, operating system and version, language, region, screen size, CPU / memory characteristics, and network connection type.
-
Approximate location. Derived from your IP address by our analytics and advertising partners to determine country and region. We do not collect precise GPS location.
-
Gameplay and app interactions. Events such as app launches, level starts and completions, retry counts, session duration, booster and hint usage, rewarded-ad views, in-app purchase flow events, and settings changes.
-
Performance and diagnostic data. App start time, network latency, frame rendering metrics, and crash reports (including stack traces, device state, and a non-identifying installation ID).
-
Purchase data. Product identifier, purchase value, currency, and transaction identifier for completed in-app purchases. We do not collect or store your credit card, bank account, or payment method details — those stay with Apple or Google.
3.2 Data you provide to us
-
Support communications. If you contact us by email, we retain your email address, the contents of your message, and any information you voluntarily share so we can respond to your request.
3.3 Data from third parties
-
App stores. Apple App Store and Google Play share non-financial transaction data (transaction ID, product purchased) with us so we can deliver the item you bought.
-
Advertising and attribution partners. Our advertising and attribution partners may share information with us about which marketing campaigns led you to install our games.
4. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing

5. Third-Party Services and SDKs We Use
Our games integrate the following third-party services. Each provider is independently responsible for its handling of your data under its own privacy policy.
Google (Firebase family) — we use Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Performance Monitoring, Firebase Authentication (anonymous sign-in), Cloud Firestore, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Firebase Remote Config, and Firebase Storage for analytics, diagnostics, cloud sync of game progress, and dynamic configuration. Privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Google AdMob and the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) — we use Google AdMob to serve banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements inside our games, and the Google UMP SDK to gather and manage consent for personalized advertising where required by law. AdMob may share data with Google-certified ad partners in accordance with your consent choices. Privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
TikTok Business SDK (operated by TikTok / ByteDance) — we use the TikTok Business SDK to measure the performance of our marketing campaigns, including attribution of installs and in-app events (such as level completions, rewarded-ad views, in-app purchases, and ad impressions). The SDK processes device identifiers, event-level data, and IP-derived approximate location on TikTok's servers. Privacy policy: https://www.tiktok.com/legal/page/global/privacy-policy/en
Apple and Google (payments) — in-app purchases are processed by Apple (App Store / StoreKit) and Google (Google Play Billing). Your payment method details are handled entirely by those platforms; we receive only non-financial transaction metadata. Apple privacy policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/ Google privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Google Play Services — required for core Android functionality including advertising identifier access and Google Play Billing.
A complete list of the advertising partners activated through Google's UMP CMP is available from within the consent form itself via the "List of partners" link.
6. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data in the traditional sense of an arms-length data sale. We share your data in the following circumstances:
-
With the service providers listed in Section 5, for the purposes described there.
-
With advertising partners activated through our consent management platform, so we can serve you relevant advertisements and measure their effectiveness. These partners may use your advertising identifier and related data as described in their own privacy policies.
-
For legal reasons — if required by law, a valid court order, or to protect the safety, rights, and property of Anoa Studio, our players, or the public.
-
In connection with a business transfer — if we are acquired or merge with another company, or sell substantially all of our assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. You will be notified of any such change through a notice in the Services or on our website.
Under California law, "sharing" of advertising identifiers with ad partners for cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered a "sale" or "share." You can opt out of this via the in-app Privacy Options entry, your device advertising settings, or by contacting us at info@anoa.studio.
7. International Data Transfers
Anoa Studio operates globally. Your personal data may be transferred to, and processed in, the United Arab Emirates, the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. When we transfer data out of the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on lawful transfer mechanisms including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and adequacy decisions where applicable.
8. Data Retention
We keep your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics): up to 90 days.

9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights over your personal data:
-
Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
-
Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
-
Deletion / erasure — ask us to delete your account and associated personal data. You can initiate account deletion directly from the in-game Settings → Delete Account screen. Deleting your account permanently removes your cloud progress and any virtual items associated with the account.

-
Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests, including profiling for advertising.

Opt out of "sale / share" (California) — opt out of the sharing of your advertising identifier with third-party advertising networks.
-
Non-discrimination (California) — we will not deny you services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised any of these rights.
-
Lodge a complaint — EEA, UK, and Swiss users may lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@anoa.studio. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law (typically 30 days under GDPR, 45 days under CCPA/CPRA).
10. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the EEA where a higher threshold applies). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under these ages.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data without verifiable parental consent, please contact us at info@anoa.studio and we will delete that data.
11. Security
We use industry-standard security measures — including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest for cloud-stored data, and access controls for our servers — to protect your personal data. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, our service providers, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where required, provide a more prominent notice inside our games or by other appropriate means.
