Terms of Service — Paper Dream

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Paper Dream (the
"App"), provided by Anoa Studio ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading,
accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not
agree, do not use the App.

1. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable
license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial entertainment
on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Google
Play Terms of Service.

2. Premium Subscription
The App offers an optional auto-renewing "Premium" subscription that
unlocks premium drawings, removes ads, grants early access to weekly
drawings, and provides daily hints (collectively, "Premium").

2.1 Billing. Subscriptions are sold and processed by Google Play and
charged to your Google account. Prices are shown in the App in your
local currency before purchase and may vary by region and over time.

2.2 Auto-renewal. Premium subscriptions renew automatically for the
same period (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel at least 24 hours
before the end of the current period. Your Google account is charged
within 24 hours before each renewal.

2.3 Free trial. A 3-day free trial may be offered on the yearly plan
to eligible (typically new) subscribers. If you do not cancel before the
trial ends, it automatically converts to a paid yearly subscription and
your Google account is charged the yearly price. Eligibility is
determined by Google Play; generally only one trial is available per
user.

2.4 Cancellation. You can cancel anytime in Google Play →
Subscriptions. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep Premium
access until the end of the current paid period. We do not offer
partial-period refunds for cancellation.

2.5 Refunds. Purchases are handled by Google Play and subject to the
Google Play refund policy. We do not separately process payments;
contact Google Play support for refunds, or contact us and we will
assist where we can.

2.6 Price changes. We may change subscription prices. Where required,
Google Play will notify you and seek your consent before a changed price
applies; otherwise the change applies to subsequent renewals.

3. Ads and Virtual Items
3.1 Ads. The free version is supported by advertising, including
rewarded video ads. Premium removes ads.

3.2 Hints and rewarded unlocks. Hints and drawings unlocked by
watching a rewarded video are virtual items for use within the App only.
They have no monetary value, cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged
for cash, and are non-refundable. Rewarded-video unlocks are stored on
your device and may be lost if you uninstall the App or change devices.

4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the
App; (b) use cheats, automation, or modified clients; (c) attempt to
obtain Premium or virtual items without paying or completing the
required action; or (d) use the App unlawfully.

5. Intellectual Property
The App and its content — including drawings, artwork, designs, text,
and software — are owned by Anoa Studio or its licensors and protected
by intellectual-property laws. Your license transfers no ownership.

6. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any
kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the
App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anoa Studio will not be liable
for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages,
or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the App. Our total
liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount
you paid us (via Google Play) in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be
reflected by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, an
in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without
regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
